Terms & Conditions for Prodeck Restoration Services
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Prodeck Restoration for any services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Scope
Prodeck Restoration provides deck restoration, cleaning, repair, and maintenance services. The scope of work will be outlined in a written agreement or estimate provided prior to the commencement of any service.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon. Any additional work or changes requested by the client may incur extra charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must notify Prodeck Restoration of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Workmanship Guarantee
Prodeck Restoration guarantees the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 14 days of completion, and we will address any issues promptly.
7. Liability
Prodeck Restoration is not liable for any damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, pre-existing structural issues, or client negligence.
8. Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property where services are to be performed. Any delays due to access issues may result in additional charges.
9. Use of Materials
Prodeck Restoration uses high-quality materials and products. Any warranties or guarantees on these materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
10. Health and Safety
Prodeck Restoration adheres to strict health and safety guidelines. Clients are expected to ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.
11. Privacy
Prodeck Restoration respects your privacy and will only collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Amendments
Prodeck Restoration reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
